This feature aims to mitigate the fact that for business related transactions (processed via a personal itsme account) the details (fe amount, IBAN) remain available to the user via the transaction history section within the itsme app, even if the user would have changed his business role/function (whereas the reference as a private person of course remains stable going forward). “itsme Corporate feature” supports the flexibility to manage visualization for ‘business’ vs ‘private’ actions in a different way within the transaction history section.
Principles:
- The principle of “what you see is what you sign” remains untouched : users have to be able to see what they confirm/sign (amount, to whom, type of transfer, name of document, etc.) at the moment of the action.
- A reference within the itsme transaction history should remain to provide full transparency towards the user on if yes/no the transaction they confirmed/signed was completed successfully.
- However, after processing the action, the action details will no longer be visualized as part of the action history though replaced by a generic message redirecting the user towards the business portal of the client for more details on the specific transaction. As long as the user is still entitled to access this info within his business role/function, he will be able to consult all details via the portal of our partner, however as from the moment this is no longer applicable he will nor in itsme nor via de partner portal be able to consult potentially confidential/sensitive information going forward.
- It can be activated for on the Confirmation and Signing services only.
The activation of this feature on an existing/new service should be requested via our onboarding team.
